Do I need to understand IT to work with you?
No. That is our job. We explain everything in plain English, and you never need to know the technical names for anything.
What counts as a computer?
Each desktop or laptop your staff use. A server counts as two because it runs more of the business. Your plan is sized from that count.
What happens if something breaks after hours?
Call 321-321-3417. Our automated line answers, opens a ticket, and routes it to an engineer. Urgent problems page the on-call engineer. During business hours you talk to an engineer directly.
How long does the $999 rate last?
Enroll by October 31, 2026 to get the introductory rate. Your written agreement states the rate and how long it applies before you sign anything.
Can you work alongside the person who handles our IT today?
Yes. Many offices keep someone in house for small requests and hand us the monitoring, security, and bigger problems. We agree on the split in writing.
